Now Republicans are starting to pull the god card: you know they're f'cked. And, with them, America is. Trump's misconduct is so overwhelming, they're saying the most stupid arguments to justify the unjustifiable. "God's used imperfect people all through history. King David wasn't perfect. Saul wasn't perfect. Solomon wasn't perfect," Rick Perry told Fox and Friends. Trump's Republicans are more loyal to power, and to him, than they are the country's well-being. Trump’s voters and other followers are members of his political cult. They share his collective narcissism and other pathologies.  Donald Trump's personal consigliere, Attorney General William Barr and his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, are undermining the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution by giving legal weight to absurd conspiracy theories that Trump is the victim of a "coup" by the Democrats, the US intelligence community and Robert Mueller. This amplifies Trump’s ability to engage in lawlessness, corruption and the debasement of American democracy. In his best-selling book "The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump: 37 Psychiatrists and Mental Health Experts Assess a President", Dr. Lance Dodes, formerly an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, explains why Trump's supporters will not abandon him and what will likely happen if Trump is forced out of office, by impeachment or other means.  An article published on the website CrooksAndLiars.com alleges that Roger Stone allegedly contacted militia groups to 'defend' Trump against impeachment. Roger Stone should already be in jail for sedition. He's still free!

Rick Perry says Trump is the 'chosen one' sent 'to do great things'

Energy Secretary Rick Perry said in a portion of an interview released by "Fox & Friends" this past weekend that he believes President Trump is the "chosen one".

"We can start with the pathological lying, which is characteristic of destructive cult leaders," Hassan told CNN's Brian Stelter. "The blaming others and never taking responsibility for his own failures and faults. Shunning and kicking out anyone who raises questions or concerns about his own behavior."

‘Wake up!’ Former Moonie says the ‘Cult of Trump’ needs ‘deprogramming’

Anthony Scaramucci said it. So did Dan Rather. Now it’s a former member of the Unification Church cult Steve Hassan offering up this perspective on what he sees as a "destructive cult" led by President Trump.
