This local brewery has everything you’re looking for! Delicious beers, knowledgeable staff, fun food pairing events and an inviting atmosphere. It can be busy at times, but it is well worth the wait. They are quick to serve you incredible beers with a friendly smile. Definitely my favourite watering hole. I always feel like a beer connaisseur when I visit! They’ve got many options to please all palettes.

Recently had the opportunity to be part of Brew Tours an introduction into the craft brewing industry around Toronto. Halo Brewery a Craft, or microbreweries offer much more than the huge multinational brewers can. The diversity in their beers, by flavour, or aroma, some golden coloured beers , some black and dark rich in coffee or caramel taste. Visiting the brewery allows patrons to sample and enjoy the “brews” offered. The diversity in beers being produced are attracting new converts to enjoying beer.
Restrictions by the two main distribution channels within Ontario make it next to impossible to broaden their market but providing tours bring (new) potential consumers showing them the uniqueness and distinctiveness of their brews. Some of the “brews” are seasonal and “small run batches” only available from the Halo Brewery. I would call this brewer the full court for IPA’s of Toronto. The brewery has a taproom limited food menu, limited parking on street.
