The UN must be very careful and use precaution so that it doesn't take part into this sordid human trafficking scheme. Forceful recruitment of refugees and child soldiers were committed by Museveni's army when he was fighting to overthrow Obote. Paul Kagame was among the youths who joined the ranks of the NRA (National Resistance Army) in the late 70s.
